The OzU AI Platform convened HR leaders from member organizations to explore the strategic impact of artificial intelligence on human resources, data-driven decision-making, and evolving approaches to talent management. Launched by Özyeğin University in a pioneering initiative, the OzU AI Platform brings together leading voices from academia, the public sector, and the business community to define the future of artificial intelligence in Türkiye.
The event on December 15, 2025, opened with welcoming remarks by Prof. Mahmut Bayazıt, Director of the Graduate School of Business at Özyeğin University. He was followed by Ozan Bayülgen, Country Chair and Managing Director for Korn Ferry in Türkiye, who delivered a talk titled “Leadership Ready for AI,” offering a comprehensive perspective on the role of artificial intelligence within HR organizations.
In the subsequent session, İgal Geron, Global HR Leader at Haleon, shared insights on integrating AI-enabled practices into long-term talent strategies, with a focus on ethics, governance, and sustainability.
The panel discussion, moderated by Prof. Mahmut Bayazıt, featured Ozan Bayülgen and Tunç Erman, Head of Talent Management at Türkiye İş Bankası and Co-Founder of Ono AI. The panel explored how AI is transforming HR functions, how a human-centered approach can be preserved throughout this transformation, and how leadership roles are being redefined through data-driven decision-making.
