OzU AI Platform roundtable series, which brings together leaders from academia, business, and technology around a shared vision for artificial intelligence in Türkiye, has been successfully held for the second time.
The event focused on how to measure the impact of AI applications, how to incorporate these impacts into corporate governance structures, and how to address rapidly evolving regulatory requirements under the theme “From Impact to Governance in AI: Measurement, Governance, and Regulation”.
The program opening speech with Ayşe Nida Bektaş, Director of Strategic Partnerships. This was followed by an expert talk by Asst. Prof. Aybike Mergen titled “Managing AI Transformation: AI Governance and Organizational Alignment,” which provided a strong framework for the day’s discussions.
During the parallel roundtable sessions held across finance, retail, industry, and law, participants conducted in-depth evaluations on measuring the operational impact of AI projects, organizational alignment, governance models, and regulatory processes. These sessions enabled cross-sector knowledge exchange while transforming shared challenges and solution proposals into concrete outputs.
The OzU AI Platform will continue to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and build a sustainable impact ecosystem based on trust, transparency, and collective intelligence in the field of artificial intelligence.
